Dual were formed as a result of the group all meeting up at Fèis Eilean an Fhraoich. They now attend the Fèis Eilean an Fhraoich groupwork classes which run throughout the year meeting every Wednesday night now by Zoom demonstrating the remarkable dedication by all involved.

They are tutored by local musicians Andrew Yearley, Anna Murray and Jane Hepburn Macmillan all of whom have been regular performers at the HebCelt.

Dual’s dedication to honing their performance and stagecraft won them first place in the Under 19 Folk Group competition at The Royal National Mod in Glasgow 2019. Here they represent their culture in true Hebridean style.
